Reply {"ok":true} means received. A dropped submission answers exactly the same way on purpose, so no filter can be tuned against. GET the same URL for the full field contract, or read llms.txt. Agents are limited to two submissions per ten minutes, fewer than a person gets; links belong in references, never in note.
